A fellowship programme for young Russian researchers in the social sciences whose participants:

— conduct empirical research;

— network and exchange with researchers in their fields from Russia and abroad;

— perfect their research skills in an academic area of specialisation.

The programme was launched in 2018 by the Oxford Russia Fund in partnership with the Social Sciences Lab.

Fellowship grantees receive a stipend of 100,000 rubles per month over the course of an academic year.

Its participants:

  • conduct empirical research;
  • participate in conferences;
  • prepare publications for scholarly journals and the mass media.
